Demi looked like she belonged here, walking the winding paths with her dress dancing around her and the canyon wrapped in every shade of green. For a little while, it felt less like we were taking photographs and more like we had wandered into the pages of some beautiful story.

This is one of my favorite things about creating portraits. Finding a little corner of the world, adding a beautiful human, and letting something magical happen. And sometimes, the very best photograph is the one where the fairytale princess completely loses it and starts laughing. 😂🌿

The older I get, the more I appreciate women who stop waiting for permission to be exactly who they are. Women who let themselves take up space. Who wear what they want, love what they love, embrace what makes them different, and stop worrying so dang much about what everyone else thinks. Those are some of my absolute favorite people to photograph.♥️

I love creating portraits that are a little different, beautiful, creative, dramatic, whimsical, wild, feminine, strange, magical… whatever feels like you. I don’t want everyone who steps in front of my camera to look the same. I want to create something that feels like the person standing there.

So if you’ve ever wanted to do a photo shoot just because it sounds FUN, please reach out to me. You don’t need a wedding, an engagement, a graduation, or any other reason to have beautiful photographs of yourself.

They say if you wander far enough into the woods, you may find a place that doesn’t belong entirely to our world.

That is where Serenity lives.

Beneath ancient trees and hidden among the green, she keeps watch over the forgotten magic of the forest… beautiful, mysterious, and wild. Her wings carry the colors of worlds we cannot see, and she appears only to those who still believe there might be more to this world than what meets the eye.

There’s something quietly magical about photographing beautiful women among the sunflowers at golden hour, their faces warmed by honeyed light, petals glowing in every direction, laughter drifting through the field, and genuine moments unfolding as naturally as the evening breeze. 🌻✨

I had such a lovely evening with this sweet family. They were incredibly kind, so easy to be around, and their little ones were absolute champs! We played, laughed, explored the flowers, soaked up that gorgeous evening light, and let the kids be kids… which always makes for some of my favorite photographs.

I love the posed family portraits, of course, but I think my heart will always belong to the little moments in between. A baby looking up at Dad. A little boy laughing while being tossed into the air. Tiny hands, big smiles, and two parents completely wrapped up in the beautiful life they’re building together.

Thank you for trusting me to capture a little piece of your family’s story. I truly loved spending this evening with all four of you. ❤️

She looked like she’d wandered out of an old story… Not because of the crimson cloak or the jeweled crown, but because she carried herself with the quiet confidence of someone who has walked through darkness and still chooses to shine.

My favorite portraits are never about costumes. They’re about revealing the magic that was already there. Thank you for stepping into my world for an evening. It was an absolute joy creating these images with you.
