🏋🏿 I Tore My Right Calf Muscle Last Weekend 🤦🏾♂️
The message in this story is to make movement a habit. Walk the block, walk to the grocery store, ride a bike for 2 hours, or anything. Mentally, I would like to believe invincible, but it really teaches us that we’re no longer the 20- or 30-year-old versions of ourselves if we’re not as active as we used to be.
This is the beginning of my health journey. I’ve been stuck in the 260’s for the last 3 years…😮💨 Thankfully I carry it well, although I feel every bit of it. Cheers to achieving my weight goal by working through this process. This is a new me. 🥂
