Before I met the entire Clancy family behind the camera, it felt like I already knew them. Baily was first my makeup artist for my wedding, then my hair stylist, and ultimately became the best hair stylist a girl could ask for. She quickly became my friend and a confidant.

The last time I saw her before she left for maternity leave for her now one-year-old baby, Atticus, we shared a silent moment, a hug, and a cry, as we had built such a strong bond. Meeting her beautiful family and the little boy who was in her tummy while she would style my hair was such a full-circle moment for both of us.

I’m so thankful for her friendship and for all the love she provided me while I lived in Amarillo.

Maizy is family through a wide, tangled web of lots of marriages, cousins, and the constant effort to consistently keep in touch with everyone who you hold dearly. But I have an extra soft spot for a blended family like Maizy, Danny, and Kinsley.

I think it was no coincidence that these photos barely needed editing, due to the sheer amount of beauty this family brought, along with the gorgeous scenery of Wolflin. When Maizy said she didn’t like overly edited photos and thought everything around her was just beautiful enough, my heart almost exploded. As a photographer, that is almost the best thing you can hear. It gives you the ability to let your natural work shine and to let the images speak for themselves. And this lovely family definitely made my job easier.

Their love and energy for one another was infectious, and I’m so excited for them to be welcoming a new one into their little family and to continue growing ours.

Extremely blessed to have had the opportunity to be there for them during this special time in their lives.

If these photos don't say it all, Ralph Rego is loved beyond belief. I had the absolute pleasure of taking Allison and Jason's maternity photos tonight, and it was nothing short of ethereal. The perfect sunset glow reflected their warmth so beautifully and naturally captured the love they have for one another.

This maternity session was special in so many ways. I'm so grateful they trusted me to capture such an important milestone in their lives. Allison envisioned a hazy, dreamy beach session, and thanks to the natural beauty of the Florida coastline, we were able to bring that vision to life.

This opportunity was nothing short of amazing, and I'm so honored to have been a small part of such a beautiful season for their growing family.
