Wow! After chasing a tornado warned storm in NE Oklahoma from W of Jay Oklahoma down thru Maysville (where an occlusion came very close to putting down a tornado if it in fact didn’t) and then all the way back home to Elkins. I was about to go home but thought I would try for a few lightning. The storm ramped back up for a minute and I caught this wonderful scene looking west from between Elkins and Wesley.

Full time lapse of the EF-0 Ipava, IL tornado (over 9 minutes of real time). It was on the ground barely visible even at the beginning of the video which continues to make me believe that most funnels have a ground circulation even if super weak but only dust, debris, or water makes them visible.
