I haven’t been able to be as present as I’d like over here since I’ve been spending my time running while my business partner (my pops) is in Africa building a school, but I’ve still been quietly snuggling newborn angels & spending time with the greatest families.

I’ve had lots of questions about minis, especially 4th of July & they are coming, booking for them will be available at the beginning of June with the rest of my summer minis!

The more I heal, the more I notice it.

The moments with my kids that feel bigger than they should. The ones that hit something old in me. A tone, a situation, a feeling… and suddenly I’m not just responding as their mom, I’m reacting from a place that’s been there for a long time.

It’s wild how much of parenting is really about reparenting yourself.

Because when you’ve known hurt, you want to protect them from all of it. Every feeling, every person, every moment that even resembles what once broke you. You want to build a life so soft for them that pain can’t find its way in.

But then there’s this quiet realization…

We can’t raise them in a world without pain. And if we’re not careful, we either over shelter them from life or we stay so guarded that the very wounds we carry start to shape them too.

So I’m learning to sit in it.

To notice what’s mine and what’s theirs.
To pause before I react.
To let them feel, without rushing to fix or protect or control.

To break cycles, not just avoid them.

And maybe the goal isn’t to give them a life untouched by pain…
but to give them the tools, the safety & the love to move through it in a way I never knew how.

That feels like a different kind of protection. 🤍

Caution… this post holds a little more heat than you might be used to. If it’s not your thing, feel free to scroll. But if you stay, we’re talking about something that matters.

I’m deeply s*x positive. And also deeply intentional about what intimacy actually looks like in real life. Connection. Safety. Curiosity. Confidence. The kind that doesn’t come from performance, but from presence.

Bo***ir has always felt like magic to me for that reason. It invites women back into their bodies. Back into ownership. Back into feeling instead of hiding.

And bringing your partner into that space… I know, it can sound a little outside the box. But when it’s done like this, it becomes something else entirely.

This session was centered around Maya. Fully. Completely. Sean showed up in the most beautiful way, not to take over, not to direct but to support. To witness. To speak life into her the entire time.

Every pose was met with affirmation.
Every moment, with intention.
He reminded her how stunning she is over and over again and gave her the space to lead.

You could feel the trust in the room. The respect. The connection.

And that’s what this is really about.

Not just photos.
Not just “spicy” moments.
But a deeper kind of confidence. The kind that follows you home. The kind that changes how you see yourself… and how you allow yourself to be seen.

These sessions aren’t for everyone and that’s okay. But if even a small part of this resonates with you… I hope it reminds you that you’re allowed to explore that side of yourself, too. 💫
