A couple weeks ago, I had the incredible opportunity to visit my sweet friend Jennifer White in St. Cloud, Minnesota — and let me just say… Minnesota in February is something else. ❄️

I stood on a frozen lake (yes, actually standing on it!), saw a dam completely frozen solid, explored a stunning black beach along the North Shore of Lake Superior, and of course… birds. So many birds. You know I couldn’t resist that part. 🦅

I was absolutely blown away by the raw, quiet beauty of it all. The kind of beauty that makes you pause, breathe deeper, and just take it in.

Over the next several days (maybe weeks 😉), I’ll be sharing pieces of this adventure through the images I captured. Each one tells a little part of the story.

When I need someone to show up, bring the energy, and light up the camera with the prettiest smile — Elina is always that girl. She never lets me down. Ever.

Elina is the star of the show no matter where she goes, and her presence truly brightens every single room. Watching her step into 16 with confidence, grace, and a little bit of sass was everything 👑
