Ag fact: A hen’s first egg is also known as a pullet egg. A pullet is a young female chicken.

Fun fact: Pullet eggs are “prized” by chefs due to their high yolk-to-white ratio, meaning they have a more concentrated, rich flavor!

My little guy is on stage 2: blended purées

We are trying the following blends:
•Sweet potato & green beans
•Avocado & Banana
•Pumpkin & Apple
•Sweet potato & spinach
•Peas & carrots
•Blueberry & plain whole-milk yogurt

Made homemade baby food for the first time this past weekend 🥹🤍

Fed is absolutely best, and this is in no way me knocking parents who use store bought baby food. A fed and loved baby is what matters most.

But for me personally, I love knowing exactly what’s going into my baby’s food — and honestly, it was way easier than I expected 🥕🍠🥑

If you’re into antiques, then you know finding something rare in the “wild” is basically the dream 🤎

So imagine my surprise when my grandma said she had this old breadbox sitting in her shed this whole time. Turns out it’s one of those pieces antique lovers are always hunting for but never seem to actually find.

These breadboxes regularly sell for $200+ on Facebook Marketplace, and impossible to find at antique stores, but this one is even more special because it belonged to my grandma and aunt. I’d take the sentimental value over the price tag any day.

She’s definitely got some dirt and dust and needs a little love, but I already know this is going to be such a fun project ✨

Can’t wait to clean her up and give her a second life.
