📸 A LITTLE REMINDER REGARDING MESSAGES! 🤍

I just wanted to make a little post to clear up some confusion and prevent any miscommunication moving forward! I truly appreciate every single person who reaches out to me and supports my photography business. 🥹🤍

From now on, I will not be answering photography-related messages sent to my personal Facebook account. I know I have mentioned this before, but I am very rarely on my personal account, and having photography messages come through there has caused quite a bit of confusion for me. Messages can easily get missed or mixed in with my personal conversations, and I don’t want anyone feeling like they’re being ignored!

📍 If you are reaching out about photography, please message my photography/business page, Capture By Jozzy. That is where I keep all of my photography conversations, bookings, questions, and client information organized.

I also want to remind everyone that my response time can sometimes be up to 48 hours. 🤍 This is a side business for me, and I absolutely love what I do, but I also have a full-time job as a medical assistant and I am a full-time mom.

I typically receive 10+ messages a day through my photography page, sometimes even more, and I do my very best to respond to everyone as quickly as I can. I work Monday–Friday from approximately 8 AM until 5–6:30 PM, and while I may occasionally be able to respond during my lunch or a break, I am generally unable to be on my phone while I’m working.

If you haven’t heard back from me right away, I promise I am NOT ignoring you. 🥺❤️ I will get back to you as soon as I am able to sit down and properly go through my messages.

I also kindly ask that you please avoid repeatedly messaging or calling while I am at work. I completely understand wanting an answer, especially when you’re excited about booking, but unfortunately I cannot stop what I’m doing at my full-time job to respond to photography messages. I want to give every client the attention they deserve rather than rushing through a response while I’m working.

I am incredibly grateful for every person who chooses to book with me, recommends me, shares my work, or simply follows along with my photography journey. 🥹📸 Your support means SO much to me!

I just want to create a system that keeps things organized, prevents messages from getting lost, and allows me to balance being a mom, working full-time, and running my little photography business. 🤍
