“Beach Bum” 🌊🏖️☀️

That will be us later today! ❤️

We’re heading to Galveston and will be staying at the Grand Galvez tonight to celebrate our wedding anniversary. 🥂💍

It’s our first stay since the big renovation, and we’re excited to see all the improvements! A little beach time, a beautiful hotel, and celebrating another year together…sounds pretty perfect to me. ❤️🌊

Another HOT day here in South Texas yesterday! 🥵 Even the shade was barely tolerable.

We’ve had a little pair of Brown Anoles living on our back porch this summer, and we’ve happily been coexisting. 🦎🦎

Meet Fred! He’s the social one and seems to enjoy hanging out with us—and even the dogs! Wilma is a little more skittish and prefers to keep her distance. 😂

It’s been fun getting to know our tiny porch neighbors this summer! ❤️

I especially love the first shot—look closely and you can just make out the flame! 🔥

I don’t know much about hot air balloons, but I have to wonder… can you actually feel the heat from that burner? It’s already hot enough here in Texas! 🥵☀️
