Many of the people I know and hold dear to my heart are disheartened by this year’s choice of presidential candidates, and they say we are “screwed” no matter who wins. Start learning about permaculture, Grow your own food, start a compost pile.... (or if you don’t want to, try to buy direct from local farmers)
Stop using so much plastic, plant trees, teach your kids to and treat this planet and the people and animals living on it with love and humility.
Not only will it make a difference in your families’ happiness and health, but it will have a really, tangible, impact on your local community and help us shift towards a more sustainable existence.
