Do you ever think "My cell phone takes horrible photos."? Well, here's a tip for you! It's typically NOT the cell phone at fault and there are things you can do so that you can get better photos with yours.
First and foremost, make sure your camera lens is clean and not cracked or scratched. All of those issues will cause a blurry/hazy looking photo or those foggy looking light "flares" going across the photo. If it's dirty, clean it off. I know we're not really supposed to, but I use the INSIDE of my shirt hem to clean it off before taking a photo (the outside *might* have something on it that can scratch the lens or make it dirtier).
Here are photo examples of a dirty lens and a clean lens...and yes, I used the shirt hem cleaning method! 😁 Exact same time, same lighting, settings, etc. The clean lens is the ONLY difference between the two.
Now get out there and get to photographing! The best camera is the one you have with you...and if that's your cell phone, that's the BEST camera! 📱
