Some chapters don’t close quietly.
Sometimes they end with packed boxes, empty drawers, tearful drives home, and the realization that the version of you that carried everyone else for years is finally making room for the calling God placed on your heart long ago. 🤍
After 20 plus years in education, today felt heavy… but holy.
So many memories live inside these walls — lessons learned, battles fought, students loved, lives impacted, tears cried behind closed doors, and moments only educators truly understand.
This career shaped me in ways I’ll always carry with me. It taught me strength, compassion, resilience, leadership, and how to show up for people even on the hardest days.
But deep down, I knew God was shifting something in me.
Not because this chapter wasn’t meaningful… but because purpose was pulling me somewhere new.
Leaving what’s familiar is scary.
Walking away from security is uncomfortable.
But obedience sometimes looks like trusting God before you see the full picture.
So here’s to the next chapter.
To answered prayers.
To doors opening that only God could open.
To choosing faith over fear.
It’s time to take the leap. Full time photographer is now a reality for me. Thank you for all the support.
“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thine ways acknowledge him and he will direct thy path.”— Proverbs 3:5 KJV 🤍
