It breaks my heart how many business owners just see competition.

I had lunch with a photographer the other week and we talked about anything and everything. I love being able to connect with other business owners. They actually get it.

She told me about her experience when she started and I told her about mine.

I know exactly what it’s like.

People gave me the wrong locations on purpose. People would get mad at me because my pricing.
They would say I was ruining the industry.
Someone even cussed me out before. 😂

You can’t please everyone. I am forever grateful for the ones who helped me when I started and didn’t see me as competition. That’s why I strive to help others!

Good news: you can keep all your limbs. 😉

On a more serious note, I know in today’s world, finances are what hold a lot of people back from booking photos. Between bills, groceries, childcare, and everything else life throws at us, it’s easy to put professional photos on the back burner.
