18 years is a long time! I’ve gotten to see some of my favorite people through all phases of life. A lot has changed about my style of photography moving from highly edited to more natural captures - but what hasn’t changed is my heart for my clients!

Meet Lucas - I started tacking pics of him as just a baby and now he’s a senior! He’s doing big things! He’s in school Choir and Golf and offers keep coming for him! I can’t wait to see his next adventure unfold!

Seniors are a year round obsession for me! They’ve always been my favorite. It’s so fun to capture this transition time. I often get to hug mamas as they painfully watch their kiddo through the session and see, what was once a kindergartener, celebrate time, experiences, and achievements. Dear Seniors, you were some of my favorite kids to get to know in my career. You each are so incredible and inspiring in your own ways. You are beautiful. I know this isn’t what you expected for your Senior Year. Not even perfect 20/20 vision could have predicted this. But, know this: You are unique. You always have been. This year IS going to define you. YOU are the class who was robbed of your Graduation, your Prom, your Senior Sunsets, your last walk through your building. BUT, you are also the class who will overcome and BECOME in spite of instead of because of. You are the next leaders, difference makers, achievers, and dreamers. SENIORS!!!!! Have I said I LOVE shooting senior sessions?! I’ve known Caden since he was just a kiddo and now he’s headed into the next chapter of his life. His step mom is one of my bestest and I’m so grateful she gave me the opportunity to take his pics!

A couple of weeks ago, I had the incredible opportunity to shoot senior pics for an old friend. Her daughter is stunning and literally took my breath away the entire session. Such a precious girl with an incredible outlook. I’m so excited to see what the future holds for you, Neelie! (I’m slightly obsessed with this session, so this probably won’t be the last post)
