This shoot is more than just a photoshoot, it's therapy in portrait form.

It represents self-healing, self-awareness, truth, and expression. Every image reflects emotions I've struggled to put into words: emptiness, shell of self, hopelessness, depression, bipolar disorder, manic episodes, growth, the search for peace, etc

I spent about four hours creating this project completely on my own because I needed a way to express what I've been carrying internally. These photos aren't just art, they're pieces of my journey, my healing, and my truth.
