I can finally show these off!! This was a special project because this incredible couple is my mother and father-in-law! Back in 2020, we were SUPPOSED to have a big party and do all the celebrations for their 50th wedding anniversary….and then COVID shut the world down and we were never able to celebrate properly. Now married 56 years, and wearing the dress she should have worn for their party, we got to have a great photo session to commemorate this amazing milestone! Enjoy!

A bit about Miss Kimberly - She is a recent graduate of Chancellor High School and is heading to VCU to study film! She is incredibly smart, hard-working and driven and I can’t wait to see what she does in the future.

At Heat Photography, my “why” is simple: I believe every moment has a heartbeat — a feeling, a look, an energy — and my job is to preserve it exactly as you want to remember it.

Photography, to me, is about capturing the essence of the moment — the emotion in your smile, the connection in your gaze, and the adrenaline of action that tells your story. Whether it’s the rush of a win, the triumph of achieving a milestone, highlighting the hard work you put into your own business or the quiet love while gazing at your family, I love freezing those seconds that define you.
