This year, we planted a small garden. One day, as I admired the Zinnias, I noticed a cute little grasshopper. Who was using the petals of the zinnia, almost like a pillow. I ran to get my camera and was glad that I did. I noticed that monarch butterflies had been visiting the flowers in the evenings. Two that day, made their appearance and seemed to be dancing flower to flower. As I slowly watched each flower, I noticed another grasshopper, whom I was very happy sat still long enough. Even when a moth came to his flower, he did not hop away. He stayed on the flower and lowered his antennas and touched the moth. As if to say, "please leave this flower, I was here first". The bee's were adorable too, with their pollen baskets!
I love nature, I might have to invest in a macro lense! 🦋 🌼 🐝
