I popped into my favorite pOpshelf & overheard the staff trying to figure out how to make balloons for the first time & how to attach to their backdrop for their SIX Birthday Event! I said I’VE GOT YOU! Purchased a few of their balloons and said I’ll be right back and shazam! Was able to pop this on their backdrop….. super sweet staff 💜 Happy Birthday pOpshelf 🎉🎂 from one your very first & loyal customers to your Kemah, Texas store !
