A little reminder of why I love what I do🤍
Lana had been married before and always said she’d never get married again. It would take a very special man for her to even consider it.
Then she met Rob.
Not only did he completely change her world, but he helped bring God back into her life as well. Watching the way they look at each other and the love they share was something truly special to witness. Their story is one of faith, second chances, and finding the person you’re meant to spend forever with.🤍When we were discussing wedding coverage, I knew they were going through a difficult season financially. As my wedding gift to them, I gave them an extra hour of coverage because I couldn’t stand the thought of Lana having to choose which parts of her wedding day were “important enough” to be photographed. The truth is, the entire day was important. Every smile, every tear, every prayer, every hug, every little moment that made their wedding uniquely theirs deserved to be remembered.🥹
Today, I received the sweetest thank-you card from them in the mail, and it honestly meant more than I can put into words.🥹
People often see the final gallery, but they don’t always see the relationships, stories, and memories behind the photos. Moments like this remind me that photography is so much more than taking pictures. It’s preserving chapters of people’s lives, celebrating their biggest milestones, and being trusted to tell their stories.
Receiving a simple card like this absolutely makes my day and reminds me exactly why I fell in love with photography in the first place.🤍
And before I go, a little life update 😅
If you’ve noticed I’ve been a little quiet on here lately, it’s because I’ve been buried in editing. I currently have 2,736 photos waiting to be edited and delivered!😮💨😅Between weddings, sessions, motherhood, and everyday life, I’ve been spending most of my free time behind a computer/phone screen making sure every gallery receives the attention and care it deserves!😅
If you’re currently waiting on your photos, thank you so much for your patience and support. I promise I’m working as quickly as I can while still giving every image the love it deserves. I can’t wait to get these memories back into your hands.🫶🏻
Thank you all for supporting my little business and allowing me to be part of your stories. It means more than you’ll ever know. 🤍📸✨
