Bill and Lorraine met in 8th grade when she moved just five houses down from him.

The rest is a long history of love.

Fifty years later, they stood together again and renewed the vows they have lived out for a lifetime. Then they sang “I Got You Babe” to each other, surrounded by the family their love created.

Children, grandchildren, and future spouses all gathered close.

Generations of love in one place.

A huge thank you to Gloucester-Mathews Gazette-Journal for the warm welcome to the area! We are so excited to sell the stories and preserve the legacies of many families in the middle Peninsula and beyond!!

Rebecca Little of Gloucester and her soon-to-be husband Conner Beaufait have introduced a new venture in their photography business.

The photographers focus primarily on weddings, family photos and portraits with Adventuretography, but do a bit of business photography, too. “We do some business stuff, because we figure life is an adventure,” explained Little. “Starting a family and having a wedding is an adventure, but so is having a business.”

It was such a gift to sit down with Steve and Kim Buzzell and hear more about their family’s legacy.

Their dining room table was covered with photos, frames, and albums, each one telling a piece of the story. Generations of love, connection, faith, struggle, and victory.

They shared about the moments that shaped them, the hard seasons they walked through, and the ways God sustained their family through it all.

One piece of advice for the next generation:

“Notice what people do and say thank you. And keep connections.”

Simple words, but such a meaningful reminder.
