Well, it's been three months since my total hip replacement and guess whose cooking and cursing again... this crazy lady is! Tonight's gastric delight is a throw-everything-in-the-pot spaghetti sauce extravaganza. You ask me what's in my spaghetti sauce... my answer is, what isn't? Onions, celery, garlic, orange and green peppers, mushrooms, and black olives - honestly, my sauce is a meal in itself. I don't think there's anything traditional about my spaghetti sauce when I make it this way. Oh, and a little tip: any leftover sauce, I get to use it to make lasagna the next day... two meals with one sauce!!!!
