You guys, the studio is done!! I couldn't be happier...

I plan on hanging some sort of curtains over the doors and windows that face our house just to mask those. But the back view to the field is beautiful! Can't wait to move all of my photography things in! Jason can't wait to get them out of the garage, lol.

If you're a photographer and looking for a new indoor space to use for shoots, I will be renting this out as well! Has AC, a ceiling fan and will have a heat source!

One side of the new studio done! We have to finish scraping the paint off a few windows and then we're having a custom mural done on the back wall. But gosh, I am so very excited to have this new space almost here to use!

I will also be renting this out as well so stay tuned for details on that!

My hubby installed a ceiling fan and am AC unit to keep it cooler in the warmer months and we're hoping with a space heater, it can still be used in the chillier months too.

So very, very excited and so incredibly grateful. Jason Rogers I appreciate you and all of the love that you show to me, especially in ways like this. I love you more than I can express 🫶🏼

Eric & Michael Anne's lakeside wedding this summer was so incredibly perfect. So many special touches (Michael Anne's wedding dress was actually her now mother in laws wedding dress, special family rings, her brother officiated, and so many more) and it made their celebration just beautiful. So grateful for the opportunity to be a small part of such a special day!

So I've gotten really good at taking tons of photos this summer and not sharing them! Ugh... Can't think of a sweeter way to pick things back up!

The Heise Family was referred to me by another family I met this summer (thank you Ashley Hadler again). These 3 were the sweetest but Miss Ruby is the precious one that stole my heart.

Thank you again so much Laura for trusting me with such special moments!! Loved every second of our time together!

I had an incredible extended family session in Montague early this morning. And these are the only photos you'll see from it.

Why? You may ask.

Because the family requested that I keep the photos with the children private as the family just doesn't post any photos of their babies on social media. Good. For. Them!!!

Of course I love sharing on my socials from my sessions, especially when the families are as beautiful as the ones I met this morning. But your privacy and your wishes are SO MUCH MORE important to me.

You just can't be too careful in this crazy world in which we live and protecting your family is so important! So while I go home and am editing and excitedly planning out posts, please don't feel bad if you decide to keep these photos private. Just let me know, and I will 100% applaud you and respect your wishes!

So I'll be over here, editing this gorgeous family session, eagerly waiting to deliver it and hear how much they love it! And in the meantime, hopefully you can enjoy the beautiful scenery from the West Michigan shoreline!

So so so grateful for all of the families that I've been able to work with so far this season. It's been incredible...
