A little bit of each profession goes into every piece I create. My career has taken me from Los Angeles to Seattle to now "somewhere in the middle of Montana". For more than a decade I've lived in a home on the range where my subject matter has expanded even more. Once a city girl in high heels photographing regal crowns and garden florals I can now be found in cowboy boots in the middle of fields
or rugged landscapes to get the perfect wildlife shot! My starting point is photographing my subject matter and then combining my three areas of expertise, art, photography and graphic design giving my images a painterly, timeless, dreamlike appearance. With my love for graphics and the written word, sometimes I will add sentiments that speak to my heart, and hopefully yours as well, And then again, because we all know a picture says a thousand words, I have many images that feature just my art. Along with Open Edition Art (Art as you see it), I also offer one-of-a-kind hand Embellished Sparkly Art (made to order), layered with all manner of sparkly goodness. A fateful day occurred about 15 years ago when my bracelet accidently fell on to one of my pieces of art, and the idea to add all things sparkly to my images was born!
