Some people lose their appetite when they’re stressed… but me? I want to eat EVERYTHING!😋😌🫣Food somehow becomes my comfort when my mind is overwhelmed.

Who else turns into a hungry monster when stressed?

Parents and caregivers I wanna share this very important information about SBS.Please read ⬇️

WHAT IS SHAKEN BABY SYNDROME?

Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS), also called Abusive Head Trauma, is a serious brain injury that can happen when a baby or young child is shaken violently.

How does it happen?
Babies have weak neck muscles and relatively large, heavy heads. When a baby is shaken forcefully, the head moves rapidly back and forth. The brain can move inside the skull, damaging brain tissue and blood vessels. This can cause bleeding, swelling, and serious brain injury.

How can it affect a baby?
The injuries can be life-changing or even fatal. A baby may experience seizures, difficulty breathing, problems seeing or hearing, developmental or learning difficulties, physical disabilities, or permanent brain damage.

How should we handle a crying baby?
• Always support the baby’s head and neck when holding or carrying them.
• Never shake, toss, hit, or handle a baby roughly—even during play.
• Remember that crying is one of the main ways babies communicate. Check whether the baby is hungry, uncomfortable, tired, needs a diaper change, or simply needs comforting.
• Try gentle rocking, cuddling, singing, walking with the baby, or other calm soothing techniques.
• If the crying becomes overwhelming, place the baby safely on their back in their crib and give yourself a short break. Ask another trusted adult for help when possible.

Most importantly, NEVER SHAKE A BABY. A few moments of violent shaking can cause injuries that may last a lifetime.

Caring for a crying baby can be exhausting. When frustration starts building, choosing to put the baby somewhere safe and walk away briefly is much safer than handling the baby while angry.

Gentle hands.Safe and healthy baby.🫶🏻❤️

This is just my personal experience. 😍🥰❤️

I honestly like the way I cut grass in the Philippines. There’s something satisfying about sitting on a small chair with a bolo and clearing the yard by hand.

But now that I live in the U.S., I find using a lawn mower much easier and faster. Life here is always busy, and there’s usually not much time to spend on yard work. The mower helps me finish the job in a fraction of the time, especially when I’m in a hurry.

For me, it’s not about which way is better. Both methods are wonderful. One simply fits my life in the Philippines, while the other fits my life here in America. We all adapt to where we live and use the tools that make our daily lives a little easier.

This is simply my personal experience. Both ways of cleaning the yard are wonderful, and each has its own advantages.

Back home in the Philippines, I always used a traditional coconut stick broom (walis tingting). Now that I live in the U.S., the state I’m in doesn’t have coconut trees, so those brooms aren’t readily available. I could order one online, but it would cost around ₱1,000 with shipping, which is more than I’m willing to spend on a broom.

Life here is also very busy. Between work and other responsibilities, I often need to finish yard work quickly. That’s why I find a leaf blower so helpful—it saves time and makes cleaning the yard much faster.

For me, it’s not about which way is better. It’s about using the right tool for where you live and the lifestyle you have.😍❤️

Will you pay Php1000 or more for a “walis tingting?”Comment⬇️⬇️⬇️

A best friend is one of God’s greatest gifts. ❤️

Life changes. We grow older, move to different places, build careers, start families, and face different seasons. But a true best friend remains the same.

She is there when you’re celebrating your biggest achievements and when you’re quietly picking up the pieces after a failure. She doesn’t disappear when life gets hard or treat you differently when life gets better.

Distance may separate you, but it can never weaken a friendship built on love, trust, and loyalty. Whether you’re near or far, in times of abundance or in times of need, a real best friend continues to care, encourage, pray for you, and remind you that you’re never alone.

Not everyone who walks into our life stays, but the ones who do through every season are treasures worth keeping.

If you have a best friend who has loved you through your highs and your lows, don’t wait for a special occasion to tell her how much she means to you. True friendship is rare, and when you find it, cherish it forever.😍😍😍❤️

Mention your best friend now!⬇️⬇️⬇️

Applying for a job in the U.S. was one of the things I worried about before moving here. Surprisingly, it turned out to be much easier than I expected.

In my personal experience, I didn’t have a hard time finding work. There were many job opportunities, sobrang daming hiring makakakuha ka talaga ng work agad especially kung kung hjndi ka mapili. I was grateful that I was able to get hired without a long wait.

Ironically, getting a job in the Philippines was more challenging for me. Everyone’s journey is different, but that was my experience.

I’m thankful for every opportunity that came my way because every job is a blessing and a chance to grow.

How about you? Was it easier for you to find a job or was your experience completely different? I’d love to hear your story.⬇️⬇️⬇️

A question was raised at work. What food have you been craving lately?

Of course for me, nothing beats dried fish, fresh seafood, and a cold glass of buko juice.

Meanwhile, my friends are dreaming of juicy burgers, creamy Alfredo pasta, cheesy pizza, or a hearty steak dinner.

That’s the funny thing about cravings—they’re personal. They’re often tied to our culture, childhood memories, favorite flavors, and even the people and places we love. What makes one person’s mouth water might not even be on someone else’s list, and that’s what makes food so special.

Hindi ko ikakahiya ang mga pagkaing pinoy na aking kinagisnan….😋😋

So now I’m curious… 🤔

What’s your ultimate comfort food or biggest craving?
