Those raw moments during those hospital days that all blend together after welcoming our sweet boy into the world!

Kam arrived April, 22nd by emergency c section giving us a big scare. His heart rate dropped immediately after my water broke and wouldn’t come back up. The way my heart sank, due to our past loss, as the team started prepping me for a c section. After the insane scare and coming back to from anesthesia I found out the umbilical cord was wrapped around his forehead and neck. We are beyond thankful for the fast acting nurses and that our boy is here and healthy.

We are home, I’m healing, the girls and us are so in love and we’re adjusting to the newborn life.

Thank you to every single one of you who prayed for us during this pregnancy, checked on me throughout, sent sweet gifts for our boy and checked in after I posted on my story he was here.

The baby bump, the snuggles and the glasses, a precious combination.

I still have so many sessions to share but I’ve officially hit the point of pregnancy where I am beyond tired every day and since I can’t drink coffee with caffeine yo girl is STRUGGLING!

The sweetest motherhood session. I can’t wait to document this mama with both her babies once I’m back from maternity leave.

I have sent out all galleries. I am officially done with work until I come back from maternity leave at the end of June / early July. My summer availability will be very limited and I already have some sessions booked. I will be posting my summer link to the public in May but I am already booking clients who want to go ahead and get a date locked in before then.

You will still see me post here and there but I’m going to try to focus on relaxing and getting the baby stuff together like packing my bag as we have about a week and a half left! 🥳

It’s finally April and that means it’s baby month!

Only 3(ish) weeks left! We are in the homestretch and I’m feeling it. I am officially done shooting sessions but still have a good amount of editing to wrap up then it’s time to relax and eventually prep for baby boy to be here.

This has felt like the longest pregnancy ever as we navigated pregnancy after loss. I’m beyond thankful for everyone who has reached out and shared there prayers, love and sent a sweet little gift our way. I never thought this business would lead me to so many amazing and thoughtful people.

I’ll still be posting to try to stay some what active so I don’t get thrown to far out of the loop but also going to try to take it as easy as possible as my dizzy spells and vision problems are back to end this pregnancy.

Also, shot out to my amazing friend Wild Wander Photography for capturing these precious moments of me and my family as we document our last pregnancy.

Just a mama and her sweet boy.

In just a few short weeks this mama with have another baby boy to hold in her arms. I can’t wait to share more of this motherhood maternity session with y’all. It was such a beautiful session done in the morning sun glow.
