There is something I want to share with so much love and appreciation ๐ค
Studio on Main exists because I truly LOVE watching creatives bring their visions to life here. Seeing how you all use the space is one of my favorite parts of owning it.
Because this is a shared creative space, I want to give a gentle reminder that every renter deserves to walk into a clean, ready-to-use environment โ just like you would hope to walk into.
Please plan your rental time to include clean-up time.

โข Returning furniture and props to their original location
โข Sweeping or cleaning messes created (glitter, fake snow, confetti, pet hair, etc.)
โข Removing ALL trash brought in or created during your session (diapers and food need to be taken with you โฆ other trash can be put into the trash can at the top of the steps)
โข Cleaning spills, candy, wrappers, or client messes
I have also occasionally walked into scratches on walls, rips in furniture, or minor damage. I do NOT expect perfection โ accidents happen! The best way to handle these situations is simply letting me know so I can fix things before the next renters arrive.
My role is maintaining and deep cleaning the studio, providing supplies, and keeping the space beautiful and functional for everyone.
