ðš Announcement time ðš
I quit drinking just over a month before covid and quarantine started. In the beginning everything felt completely out of control, which I'm sure all of you can agree with, but that's when I turned to fitness. Since that moment I haven't looked back.
I have learned discipline, how to be consistent, and some patience as well. My father in-law Bob took me under his wing and taught me so much and for that I cannot express my gratitude. He tells me I'm the one who put in the work, but I truly don't believe I could have done it without him. I have grown immensely both physically and mentally in these last two years ðª
Throughout my journey both in the gym and attending bodybuilding shows I have met incredible people who also have taught me so much. I have learned when to add more weight, when to listen to my body, mind/muscle connection, posing, supplementation, nutrition, and so much more! Thank you to all I have tagged in this post, and anyone I may have forgotten, who have become my friend and who I have enjoyed growing with, as well as sharing inspiration and motivation.
Back to the announcement, this Saturday Bob and I will be competing in a Bodybuilding/Physique show in Baltimore, MD. I am so excited and anxious, but most of all honored to share the stage with my father in-law, Bob â€ïž
Last but certainly not least thank you to my amazing wife for all your support and putting up with me during my cutting phase ð€£ I love you so much baby ðâ€ïž
