Creating team portraits like this one are very popular. The fact that each person was photographed individually, then composed together to make one complete group, is handy for when new members come on board, or current ones leave. Backgrounds can can also be easily swapped out to keep the image fresh.

Instead of having to photograph the entire team each time there is a change, only the new person is photographed and then Photoshopped into the image. Time and money saved!
