We still can’t believe we get to be part of their wedding day! 🤍
Josh and I had the sweetest time getting to know these two precious humans. We spent the evening chatting about their lives, their jobs, and hearing more of their story—and we left feeling so welcomed and encouraged. Their love for the Lord shines so brightly, and it was such a joy to spend time with them.

One of our favorite parts of this job is that we don’t just show up with cameras on your wedding day. We get the privilege of building genuine relationships with our couples and becoming whatever they need us to be throughout the process.

Even though we had a few unexpected rainy moments (despite the forecast looking clear 😅), we decided to embrace the day—and we’re so glad we did. Happy Wedding Day!! Oh my goodness, what a beautiful day it turned out to be. It started with a little rain, but God quickly let it pass, leaving us with the most beautiful clear skies to celebrate these two finally becoming husband and wife.
What felt like forever waiting for this day, somehow also flew by in an instant. Josh and I are so incredibly thankful to witness such a sweet love story, and we pray that the Lord will richly bless their marriage for all the years ahead. 🤍

God was so evident all day, as any wedding, it had a few hiccups but it paled in comparison to the love that was shared between these two! For these, we’re including:
Up to 8 hours of wedding videography coverage alongside your photography experience

For out-of-state weddings, only travel + lodging would need to be covered.
For Michigan weddings, this is available with 8 hours of photography coverage ($4,000).

This offering reflects a $6,500 combined experience.

There’s something we’ve been holding close to our hearts for a while now..🤍

If you’ve been part of our journey, you know us as View From The Lens. That name holds the beginning of my dream, so much growth, and the honor of being invited into your stories—it will always mean so much. It was also built from the legacy of my grandma, who loved Jesus so fiercely that she's currently partying with Him, and I’ll forever thank the Lord for the legacy she left. 🤍

But over time, something became clear…

What Josh and I do has never just been about what’s seen through a lens. It’s about presence, emotion, and the in-between moments you just can’t recreate—the ones that become memories. And those moments are deeply personal to us.

That’s why we’re stepping into a new chapter as Josh & Lydia LLC.

We’ve prayed a lot over this decision, and God has given us so much peace in our steps. We didn’t choose this name because it’s simple or trendy—we chose it because it’s honest. When you invite us into your wedding day or special moments with your loved ones, you’re trusting us.

As we transition, we’ll still be connected to View From The Lens for a season, and you can still reach us through email and our website—things may just look a little different for now, but the details will be ironed out promptly. Thank you for your patience.🤍
