Comet C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan - ATLAS)

Location- Lanikai Beach, Oahu
Up at 4am to hunt this down. High icy cirrus clouds nearly obscured this comet entirely. It appeared 30 minutes briefly before sunrise then getting drowned by the approaching morning light.

Comet 12P/Pons-Brooks.
Wikipedia
12P/Pons–Brooks is a periodiccomet with an orbital period of 71 years. It fits the classical definition of a Halley-type comet with an orbital period between 20 and 200 years, and is also one of the brightest known periodic comets, reaching an absolute visual magnitude ~5 in its approach to perihelion.=10.5px Comet Pons-Brooks was discovered at Marseilles Observatory in July 1812 by Jean-Louis Pons, and then later recovered in 1883 by William Robert Brooks.

IC 5070 The Pelican Nebula
Just off the lower right of star Deneb lies two large nebula structures, this IC 5070 and NGC 7000 North American Nebula. These can be seen through filtered optic with the naked eye. It covers a very large region of part of the Cygnus constellation.
Wikipedia
The Pelican Nebula (also known as IC 5070 and IC 5067[1]) is an H II region associated with the North America Nebula in the constellation Cygnus. The gaseous contortions of this emission nebula bear a resemblance to a pelican, giving rise to its name.[1] The Pelican Nebula is located nearby first magnitude star Deneb, and is divided from its more prominent neighbor, the North America Nebula, by a molecular cloud filled with dark dust.
The Pelican is much studied because it has a particularly active mix of star formation and evolving gas clouds. The light from young energetic stars is slowly transforming cold gas to hot and causing an ionization front gradually to advance outward. Particularly dense filaments of cold gas are seen to still remain, and among these are found two jets emitted from the Herbig–Haro object 555.[1] Millions of years from now this nebula might no longer be known as the Pelican, as the balance and placement of stars and gas will leave something that appears completely different.
