Hi, I’m Haley! 📸
Welcome to Salt & Light Photography.
I’m just a hobbyist photographer who loves capturing the moments that matter and sharing them with the athletes, families, and friends who cherish them. As I’ve photographed more games, it’s become more difficult to share photos with every team, coach, and parent, so I decided to create this page as one place where everyone can easily find and enjoy them.
I don’t do this for profit. I do it because I genuinely love these kids, the sports they play, and the magic that a single photograph can preserve. Some of life’s best moments happen in the blink of an eye, and I love freezing those moments in time.
Why “Salt & Light”?
The name comes from Matthew 5:13–16, where Jesus tells His followers:
“You are the salt of the earth… You are the light of the world.”
Salt represents preserving what is good, adding value, and making a positive difference. Light represents reflecting God’s love, hope, truth, and goodness so others can see Him through our actions.
That passage reminds me to use the gifts God has given me to serve others and to let His light shine through everything I do, even through a camera lens.
Thank you for being here and for allowing me to capture these memories. My prayer is that these photos always remind you of the joy, perseverance, friendships, and blessings found along the journey.
