📸 A Friendly Reminder About Booking Policies 📸
As my photography business continues to grow and my calendar fills with seasonal minis, specialty sessions, and family bookings, I want to share an important update regarding session reservations.
Effective immediately, all retainer fees must be paid at the time of booking in order to secure your session date and time. Unfortunately, I’ve had an increasing number of inquiries and tentative bookings that never finalize, which often prevents other families from booking those spots.
Retainer fees are non-refundable/ transferable and serve as your commitment to the session, just as I commit that time exclusively to you. No date, time, or mini session slot will be held without a paid retainer. Also cancellation is required to be 24 hours before your session unless we are watching weather, someone gets sick, or an emergency happens. If you cannot attend your session for any other reason besides these above a new retainer will be required for a new date.
This policy helps me:
✨ Keep scheduling fair for all clients
✨ Prevent double-booking and last-minute cancellations
✨ Continue offering unique, limited-availability sessions throughout the year
✨ Provide the best possible experience for every family I photograph
