I got to photograph my first Hondo XC Meet this past Saturday. Our runners were so much fun to be around and watch/photograph. So much energy! Note: The National Anthem pics didn't look as good as at Barry Field. The sunset was casting and orangish pink haze over the guys and I gave up trying to get the skin tones right. I'll get them at our game this Friday.

a SHOUT OUT to the Hondo Varsity Football players and their car wash & bake sale today. I really appreciate the extra care they took in cleaning the tar off of my running boards and bronco today after I had to drive through some road repair work on ranch roads earlier this week.

Back to School Sessions: Harper. Harper is starting her Freshman Year in High School at new school, TMI. In addition to being smart, this pretty powerhouse is an absolute beast on the Basketball court. She is also fierce on the Volleyball court and I wouldn't be surprised if she attacks some new sports too. Have an awesome year, Harper!
