I’m still here!!

Yes, I have been MIA for quite awhile now, but I’ve had a lot of big changes over the past year that have been keeping me busy.

To be fully transparent, I suffered major burnout when it came to photography. It was bad. I didn’t even want to look at my camera. I decided I was only going to take on minimal work and focus on going back to school. But over the past few months I’ve been back shooting the sessions I truly love and I’m feeling that creative joy again!

Here is one of my most recent sessions with one of my favorite families.

Family sessions for me are always going to hold a special place in my heart. It’s where I started and feel the most happy shooting. There is something so special about spending time with a family and capturing not just photos of them but also capturing the moment.

I love this family so much! One of the favorite parts of my job is watching my people grow. I shot Meredith and Jonathan's wedding and engagement session, maternity with Judson, family sessions, and now another maternity session with the newest little member of their family. It's been a beautiful journey!
