Fall wedding season is officially here and these two really set the bar HIGH!

As two Aggies it only made sense to go back to where their love story began in College Station. We laughed, we cried (happy tears ofc), and had many many dance parties along the way. The energy was so high throughout the entire night, no one wanted it to end!!!

Days like these are always such good reminders of why we are there in the first place - to celebrate two people and their love for each other AND their love for all of their favorite people too. I mean how many times in your life can you say everyone you love is in one room?!

So cheers to the Rasmussens and their party of a lifetime!!!!

heard it was national dog day so what better excuse to share my two lil besties on the feed!!!!!

if you know me, you know these pups are my entire world!!!! and they are full time employees around here —they are supervising every editing day, reminding me to take breaks to get outside, the test subjects of every new camera or flash, always posing to finish rolls of film, and being there for every high and low of running a business🥹🤍

they might even pop in to say hi in a few client calls too🤣

so thank you to all my amazing clients because when you book, you are supporting these two in living their best lives!!!!

& yes please bring your dog to your session or wedding because they will definitely become to stars of the show🥹

Ashley and Colton were really intentional with who and how they spent their wedding day. Their day was filled with so much love and they made sure to share it with everyone around them🤍

When they told me how important their family was to them, I made sure to leave space in their day for them to actually be with their people, and to make sure we captured those relationships along the way.

That’s something I always want to prioritize for my grooms too. It’s his wedding day just as much as it is hers, and he deserves to have this time and space to make memories with his favorite people. I never want those moments to feel rushed just to get through a shot list.

Because the photos that end up meaning the most usually happen when we slow down enough to let them🥹
