Do you know why I love what I do?

Because photographs become more than pictures. They become pieces of our stories. They freeze all the little moments that one day become priceless memories.

When life throws us curveballs and the people or pets we love are no longer beside us, we can hold onto something tangible. We can look at a photograph and remember them exactly as they were.

Yesterday, I had the honor of capturing the final chapter of one of the most goodest boys. I got a one word text and knew everything was not okay.

My heart is breaking for his precious family.

Thank you for trusting me with such a sacred moment. Run free, sweet boy. 🐾🌈❤️
