The best I can do is try to make clients comfortable. When I only have seconds to do that, it sometimes feels impossible. But when I can, I think that Comfort shines through. To be honest I'm not sure if I'm the one providing the comfort or if they come in feeling comfortable already? Either way it works!

Sometimes it's personal! I've known this young lady for a couple years and seen first-hand how talented and what a great person she is. I also surf with her Grandpa just about every day, so there's a little added pressure there to get things just right!
