The new 2027 West Virginia night sky calendars are ready to hit the printer! This is a collection of some the favorite night sky images I've taken over the last couple of years and includes Milky Way photos, moon-rises and some rare northern lights displays in the Mountain State. The dates also have meteor showers listed, moon phases and other astronomical events that can be viewed without a telescope.

I am currently taking pre-orders to be begin shipping early to mid-June!

Solar Eclipse and Diamond Rings - Delaware, OH

Back from Crozet Arts Festival in VA where this composite of the solar eclipse from 2024 was my best seller! It was good to check out a new-to-me area. This weekend I'll be heading to Delaware Arts Festival in Ohio where I was fortunate enough to view this event and I'll have more of these on hand, booth #20.

Damaged metal print sale!

Traveling on the road and Tetris-fitting everything into my Subaru clown car + me being clumsy, always leads to damaged prints over time. Here's a few larger metal prints that I need to get rid of. They're extremely hard to photograph, so the damage isn't super visible, and it's not super visible in real life unless viewed at off angles, but I tried to describe them in the photos.

Prices are non-negotiable and I won't ship unless you want to pay for it. I can meet you in Huntington or potentially somewhere else in WV along my travels. These are priced lower than most of my smaller metal print sizes, so it could be a great opportunity if you were hoping to get a larger size!

Lobster Buoy Tree - Eastham, MA

Lobster buoys are a ubiquitous part of the Cape Cod landscape. This is a section of a "tree" made from lobster buoy's in the town of Eastham, a year-round dedication to a local artist who erected a similar tree in his yard every Christmas and who passed in 2018.

The fourth workshop of the year is in the books with the conclusion of another Spring Wildflowers and Milky Way in the Greenbrier Valley with another fun group! We were treated to a colorful sunrise, two Milky Way locations and lots of Spring ephemerals. Looking forward to returning here in the Fall with Randall Sanger Photographyr when the area transforms again.

We have several spots open for the Fall workshop and I still have a couple left for the End of Summer in the Potomac Highlands in September.

I'll be heading into festival mode now. This weekend, I'm working the WV Highlands Gallery in Davis, WV. Come see me if you're in the area!
