There’s a magical moment in every sound bath shortly after we start. It’s a wave of stillness that washes over us. Our breath falls into sync, we fall out of flight or fight and we sink into a state of receiving. This is a powerful moment, as it happens all at once. Everything goes completely silent for a split second and the wave of healing surrounds us.

Tonight, we step into a powerful portal of release, renewal, and recalibration.

A New Moon + Total Solar Eclipse opens the door to new beginnings, inviting us to surrender what has run its course and make space for the version of ourselves that is ready to emerge. Solar eclipses are often viewed as energetic reset points — moments to pause, reflect, release, and plant intentions for what we are calling into our lives. 🌑🖤

And as if that wasn’t enough…

🌠 The Perseid Meteor Shower reaches its peak tonight into tomorrow morning. With the New Moon creating exceptionally dark skies, the universe is quite literally putting on a show above us. Shooting stars remind us that transformation doesn’t always have to be loud. Sometimes it’s simply a flash of light reminding us that there is SO much happening beyond what we can see.

🔥 And Mars has just moved into Cancer, shifting our fire inward and into the realm of the heart. This energy asks us to become more intentional about what we protect, what we nurture, where we place our emotional energy, and what truly feels like home within ourselves.

This is deep FEELING energy.

And that is exactly why tonight is the perfect time to slow down.

To breathe.

To soften.

To release.

To listen inward.
