Capturing History Through the Lens

Some moments are more than photographs—they're pieces of history.

I had the incredible opportunity to document a special tour of the L.C. & Daisy Bates House in Little Rock, Arkansas, alongside Martin Luther King III, Dr. Mary Hardin, Mr. Charles King, Dr. Chris Jones, and other distinguished guests.

Walking through the home of L.C. and Daisy Bates served as a powerful reminder of the courage, leadership, and sacrifice that helped shape the Civil Rights Movement. It was truly an honor to preserve these moments for future generations.

History isn't just something we read about—sometimes we're blessed to witness it.

Grateful, Honored, Humbled.

On behalf of Roberts Reflective Media, I want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to Dr. Chris Jones and his incredible staff for entrusting me with the opportunity to photograph such a fellowship with Mr. Martin Luther King III.

To be in the room, behind the lens, capturing moments connected to the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was something I do not take lightly.

Dr. Jones, thank you for believing in Roberts Reflective Media and trusting my vision and artistry to document an occasion of this magnitude. To your staff, thank you for your professionalism, kindness, hospitality, and for making me feel welcomed throughout the evening.

As a photographer, there are events you capture—and then there are events that leave an imprint on you. This was one of those nights.

I am incredibly proud that Roberts Reflective Media was trusted to capture this moment in history.

Thank you again, Dr. Chris Jones, your staff, and Martin Luther King III, for an unforgettable evening.
