Working on orders from this past weekend at Midland Barrels. Please be mindful that this was a massive turnout and honestly double the workload we’re typically used to culling through. Between that, being in a pretty rough lupus flare, and busy season at my 9-5, responses may be slower than usual.

Just a quick reminder for everyone ordering videos through email 🤍

Please avoid sending multiple follow up emails in the same thread asking if I received your order, checking status, adding extra messages, etc. Every time a thread gets bumped, it moves around in my inbox and can actually delay your turnaround time. I complete videos in the exact order they are received.

My turnaround time is 4 BUSINESS days. I do my absolute best to get them out as quickly as possible, often sooner for smaller shows or early orders, but I do balance this alongside my full-time job, kids, horses, and filming/editing workload.

You are absolutely welcome to order throughout the weekend. In fact, if it’s a multi-day show, ordering Saturday’s runs Saturday night after the show is usually the best way to get your videos sooner, since they’ll already be in line before later orders come in. Also while I’m sitting around kidless in a hotel room in a random state looking for something to do 😂 please keep me busy on a Saturday night or I’ll end up eating ice cream for dinner and doom scrolling tiktok.

Also; I will no longer be doing previews for videos before purchase. I have made a few exceptions in the past, but with the volume of orders I receive, it just is not feasible anymore. If you’d like to preview my work, there are plenty of examples posted across my page and social media.

I appreciate everyone supporting Willow Run Creative more than you know. Thank you guys for keeping me busy doing something I genuinely love 🫶🏻

I was out there Saturday at the Falls Creek Barrel Classic covering the Open, Youth, Middle, and Senior classes, and I’ll be back Sunday covering JUST the Open as well! After that, I’ve gotta head home to spend Mother’s Day with my four babies!

Willow Run Creative May through July Schedule

My calendar is filling up fast for summer and I’m so excited to be back in the trenches with everyone.

This weekend: Mooseup, CT
• Saturday: Videoing all classes
• Sunday: Open only. I’ll be heading home early to spend Mother’s Day with my babies and my Mom.

After this weekend, I’ll be traveling around New England all season and I am OPEN to attendance requests. If there’s a race/show you want me at… message me, tag me, beg me, whatever works.

As always: I video everyone in the open, no pre-order needed. Just reach out after with your info to purchase your run.

A few things to know going into the 2026 season, since we have a lot of new friends 🤍 :

Turnaround time is 4 days from the last day of the event, or 4 days from the date you ordered (often much faster for smaller shows).

I do ask for grace and mindfulness with communication. I have a full time 9 to 5, four young kids, lupus, and horses of my own, so while I’d love to chat with everyone all the time, I can’t always keep up with constant messages. I promise I’m working hard to get your videos out as quickly as possible.

I video everyone in the open. No pre-orders needed. If you make a run, I got you. Just order after the fact through the usual process.

If there’s enough interest, I’d love to stay for poles, middle, and youth classes in the future.

Delivery: Your video is delivered via a download link through the same platform you ordered from. Please download directly from that link on each device you want it saved to in order to preserve quality. Once videos start getting texted, screenshotted, or sent back and forth, quality can degrade.

Once they’re yours, they’re yours. Crop them, post them, use them on social media however you’d like. I just ask you don’t add your own slow motion… trust me, it never works the way people think.

Extra clips outside the arena (warm-up, candid moments, behind-the-scenes snippets) are a little luck of the draw, but as the season progresses I do prioritize paying clients for those. They’re included with your run purchase as a little thank you gift from me to you queens.

And just so you know, I do this because I genuinely love this community. If I could make a full living spending every weekend with barrel racers, I would in a heartbeat… but feeding three sons and supporting a horse addicted daughter isn’t paying for itself anytime soon.

I’m just getting home and settled back in Maine from Midland Barrels and what a wonderful time!
