Here’s a flyer I had the opportunity to work on for JJ's Boxing & Wrestling LLC

I still can’t believe I waited this long to sign up for boxing. I know I’ve said it before, but it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself and my mental health.

And yes… I’m finally getting those 8-pack abs back! 😂

When I first thought about starting boxing, I was nervous. I worried about getting hit and wasn’t sure if I’d be able to keep up.

After about two months at JJ's Boxing & Wrestling LLC, I can honestly say it feels like family. I wish I would’ve joined years ago. This is the best I’ve felt in a long time.

Recently, I’ve been experimenting with videography at JJ's Boxing & Wrestling LLC in Sun Prairie, WI.

This was filmed during an open mat session, held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6 PM to 7 PM.

My boys have been going here for about four years, and I’ve watched them grow so much on and off the mats. As a father, I want my kids to feel confident in life, and confidence starts with believing in yourself and not worrying about what others think.

I recently signed up myself after years of putting it off. Since starting, I feel like the confidence I lost as a kid is finally coming back.

If you’ve ever thought about trying boxing or wrestling, stop waiting like I did.

Been a minute since I could shoot hoops here because of the floor updates, but it was worth the wait.

Back at it. Don’t wait to feel motivated—just move.
