On today's episode of "What did Myka fix?":

I had a lovely client call me explaining to me that their Google Nest Doorbell was no longer working.
Upon inspection, their Wifi settings had changed within their home, prompting the doorbell to stop responding to the smart phone. I repaired the connection and reinstalled the doorbell, leaving the client happy and satisfied with peace of mind.

This client called me in a panic because their MacBook Pro wouldn’t startup. Within an hour I had them back up and running 💪🏼

I recommended they update their device to a newer model as this model was dated from 2018 and they did! I helped them move their data over and they’ve been so pleased with the performance of their new machine!

I started FixIT Solutions because I saw how frustrating technology can be for so many people. Phones, computers, smart TVs, Wi-Fi, printers, passwords, updates… sometimes it feels like devices are supposed to make life easier, but instead they end up causing stress.

That’s where I come in.
