8/13-14/2025 Kodiak Island at Fort Abercrombie State Historical Park. Fort Abercrombie was a military fort that was established in 1941 on Kodiak Island, Alaska during WWII to defend against an invasion of the Japanese that never happened. The site was designated as a park in 1969 and was created to preserve the history of the war era covering 182 acres in a beautiful setting.
