Baby Finch coming soon! ✨

I’m FINALLY getting around to posting this session. The announcement was made in the middle of fair and back to school craziness and I almost forgot to post these!

This was supposed to be an anniversary shoot, but a couple of weeks before our set date I got a text from Toria changing the plan! Nothing is better than a baby and I’m so glad they trusted me with their big news! I can’t wait to meet their little cutie.

🚨EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY🚨

I will no longer be posting identifiable images of children on my photography page, signed release or not.

The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that privately possessing AI-generated CSAM depicting “fictional” children can be constitutionally protected when it stays within the home.

I am already a strong opposer of all things AI, but if our government isn’t going to adequately protect children from what AI can do with their images, then I feel a responsibility to do my part to protect them.

I don’t care if it affects my business.

I always want to give my best attempt at living on the right side of history.

The safety of children and my clients will always come before my business.

Happy 1st Wedding Anniversary to The Finches!

They were one of my first few weddings and what really jump started my love of capturing events! It’s been so special watching them grow this year. They keep inviting me back to document their life together and it’s truly an honor. I can’t wait to see what’s next 👀🩷

Another beautiful session under the willow trees 🍃

It was the perfect evening for some dreamy photos and Lauren and Aran killed it. There were some obvious nerves, so we started with some movement prompts to break the ice and we made magic happen.

Veronica and Cesar have been together for 15 years and have had several wedding dates fall through. They are finally getting their chance to tie the knot in October and I’m SO excited to document the day for them!

They decided to do a family session instead of engagement pictures and I’m so glad they did. We had so much fun.
