Help us fund a Cure for Cade!
I have partnered with Cure for Cade in hopes that these art sales may aid in the funding of obtaining a cure for a very special little boy. Cade is a 3 year old boy with a very rare condition called AP4 hereditary spastic paraplegia—a condition that will slowly take away his mobility. A life saving medication already exists! But without massive additional funding, that medication will no longer be made.
Cade’s story was brought to my attention through a mutual friend in our respective field of marine mammal care (most of you know that my “real” job is caring for and training the 7 most wonderful dolphins). I anticipate that through that same grapevine, this little project will reach other animal care professionals so I tried to cater to the theme of aquatic life for many of these paintings.
Here is how it works: each piece is labeled with a MINIMUM price. 20% of all proceeds from these minimum prices will go to a Cure for Cade. If you purchase a piece and you give more than the asking price, 100% of that additional money will be donated as well!! Please pay attention to the sizing, materials and pricing. Framing is available for an additional cost for all 9x12 paintings listed. Others are on canvas and ready to be displayed as is!
