Photography is all about continuing to grow, create, and challenge yourself. Baseball photography is a little outside of what I normally shoot, but that’s exactly what made this experience so exciting!

Trying something new, learning how to capture the speed of the game, the emotion, the intensity, and those split-second moments reminded me why I love photography in the first place. 🙌🏽📸

There’s something special about being able to take something I’m passionate about and now have the opportunity to teach it.

Photography is so much more than pointing a camera and pressing a button. It’s learning how to see light, shadows, emotion, composition, and moments differently.

A simple location.
A little creativity.
The right light.
And a vision.

And you can create something like THIS. 🔥

One of the things I want my students to understand is that you don’t always need the perfect studio, expensive setup, or perfect background to create an amazing photograph. Sometimes the best images happen when you learn to see possibilities where everyone else sees something ordinary.

Being able to teach photography while continuing to grow and challenge myself as a photographer is truly a blessing. My goal isn’t just to teach my students how to use a camera, it’s to help them develop their own eye, their own creativity, and eventually their own style.

Because one day, I hope they create something that makes me stop and say:

“I never would’ve thought of that.”

That’s when I’ll know I did my job. 🙏🏽📷

What was supposed to be a relaxing pool day somehow turned into an unexpected photoshoot… 😂

I guess once you’re a photographer, there’s no such thing as “just hanging out.” My kids were trying to swim, and I was over here chasing the light like it was paying me. 😅

The camera had been collecting dust for a little while, so I figured it deserved some fresh air too. 👀 Safe to say… I still can’t resist capturing the moments that matter.
