Since my big announcement, I’ve been a little quiet over here.

Being in front of the camera instead of behind it feels different… but I want to bring you along more, even in the in-between.

If it encourages even one person to try something new or take a leap a little later in life, it’s worth it to me.

We only get one shot at this, and it really does move so fast.

I’ve been deep in learning mode, stretching myself in ways I didn’t expect, and stepping into rooms that feel both unfamiliar and exciting all at once. It’s a little humbling, a lot energizing, and exactly where I’m supposed to be.

I’m so, so grateful that I get to start this new journey and I can’t wait to see where it takes me!

And if you didn’t watch to entire first video - at the end I mention that I’m still going to be doing portrait sessions and finishing out this year’s weddings (which I can NOT wait to shoot)!

Iconic is an absolute understatement!

pulled off the surprise of surprises. Grace thought she was going to a Christmas party, but she was actually going to her own proposal 💍

She begged her sister to tell her if she’d be engaged soon so she didn’t wear anything crazy (like red hose😉) and her sister told her - absolutely not.

Grace’s only request for the proposal? To be surprised. Which is no easy feat, because if you know Grace she is a type A, planner to her core (that’s how she runs so flawlessly).

So, they pull up to where Cole parks “in the wrong spot”. Grace had been there many times. She KNOWS where you’re supposed to park.

Coles takes her around the left side of the house. Grace still has no idea what’s happening. He takes her to an area setup by Grace’s sister and mom.

Cole gets down on one knee and asks Grace to marry him. Grace answered with a very shocked, and enthusiastic YES!

It was a blur.

She was in shock.

She was in RED HOSE.

However, her sister came prepared with the most gorgeous outfit that included shoes and accessories.

They pulled it off. It was absolutely iconic.

It was a blur of emotions. And I’m so grateful I got to document it all!🤩💍❤️
