Happy 8th birthday to my sweet, shy, quirky, feisty little girl. 🥹💗

You love breakfast food almost as much as you love sushi, you’ll eat the oddest things but somehow still be picky, you’re incredibly smart, you LOVE being tickled, and you bring so much fun and laughter everywhere you go.

You also gave me something I didn’t even know I needed—you saved my life. I didn’t know I had cancer cells forming until I had you, and I will forever be grateful that you came into this world and changed mine in more ways than you’ll ever understand.

My last baby. My sweet girl. My little bit of sass. 💕 I wish I could slow down time, because 8 feels way too big.

And somehow, I’ll officially have TWO 8-year-olds for the next month until your sister turns 9. 😂

Today is Grandparents Day. 🤍

And if there’s one thing I’ve learned behind my camera, it’s that the photographs we sometimes think are “just pictures” become the things we treasure most.
