Hi! Iā€™m Summer šŸ¤ The face
behind Hummingbird Photography!

With so many new faces around here lately, I thought it
was time to take a little break from the photos and
introduce myself!

āœØ Hummingbird Photography was inspired by my
Nanny and Poppy, Mary Jane and Wesley Green. Some
of my favorite childhood memories were spent sitting
on their porch watching hundreds of hummingbirds
visit their home. Iā€™d give anything to go back and
experience those moments again. Naming my business
after those memories felt like the perfect way to honor
them.

āœØ When Iā€™m not behind the camera, youā€™ll usually find
me hiking or exploring with my dog, Trigger. We love
training together and making the most of every
adventure. I also love traveling, volunteering at a local
horse rescue, and serving on the media team at my
church.

āœØ If thereā€™s one place I could keep going back to, it
would probably be southern Utah. I truly believe the
United States is one of the most beautiful countries in
the world, and the scenery there is absolutely
breathtaking. Who knows, maybe one day Iā€™ll pack up
my bags and move there. šŸ˜‰

āœØ One of my favorite Bible verses is Psalm 34:6:
ā€œThis poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and
saved him out of all his troubles.ā€

āœØ Above all else, my relationship with Jesus Christ is
the most important part of my life. Everything I am and
everything I do, I want it to ultimately point back to
God.

Iā€™m so thankful youā€™re here and following along with
Hummingbird Photography! šŸ¤ I canā€™t wait to share
more of my work, adventures, and the people I get to
capture along the way!
